Horizontal Bathroom Mortice Sashlock

This Union 2026 horizontal bathroom mortice lock is very high quality and suits residential, internal, wooden, bathroom doors. This version is the horizontal model, where the follower for the handle and the turn are in line. Often used on period doors, with a round door knob.

In line with a number of other mortice locks, these locks feature a grey lock case but they have unique measurements that identify them from other mortice locks. Please refer to the line drawing for details.

This bathroom mortice lock is available in either polished brass or satin chrome finishes in boxes.

The deadbolt throws 12.5mm.

From the inside, the deadbolt is locked and unlocked by turning the thumb turn. From the outside, the deadbolt can be locked or unlocked using the emergency release.

The latch is withdrawn from either side by moving the handle.

The latch follower is 8mm and the deadbolt follower is 5mm.

This lock is supplied with a striking plate in a finish which matches the lock.

Suitable for use on most internal wooden doors. These locks are not handed and can be used on doors hinged on the left or right, which open inwards or outwards.

These locks do not use keys.

These locks cannot be keyed alike.
