Strongbolt 3 Lever Mortice Deadlock

The Union StrongBOLT 3 lever mortice deadlock is perfectly suited for use on internal wooden doors. It provides a standard level of security with the features you’d expect from the StrongBOLT range.

The StrongBOLT 3 lever mortice dead lock features a chamfered bolt design which increases the performance of the lock under side load as well as making a drilling attack more difficult. On top of the chamfered bolt design the sash lock is anti-pick, anti-saw and anti-drill.

In line with a number of other mortice locks, these locks feature a red lock case but they have unique measurements that identify them from other mortice locks. Please refer to the line drawing for details.

This mortice lock is available in either polished brass or satin chrome finishes in boxes.

The 3 lever range from Union includes a deadlock, sash lock and bathroom lock to provide a complete, interior door solution.

The deadbolt throws 14mm. If additional protection is required against attack by sawing, we’d recommend a 5 lever version with attack prevention features.

The deadbolt can be locked and unlocked from either side by use of the key.

This lock is supplied with 2 key hole escutcheons, in a matching finish to the lock for both the internal and external sides of the door. It also comes with a striking box in a finish which matches the lock.

Suitable for use on most internal wooden doors. These locks are not handed and can be used on doors hinged on the left or right, which open inwards or outwards.
