Lever Mortice Sashlock

The ERA 3 lever mortice sash lock is perfectly suited for use on internal wooden doors. It provides a standard level of security at an affordable price.

This lock is ideally suited to internal applications and low security, outside applications, such as sheds.

In line with a number of other mortice locks, these locks feature a black lock case but they have unique measurements that identify them from other mortice locks. Please refer to the line drawing for details.

This mortice lock is available in either polished brass or polished chrome finishes in boxes which can also be used for retail display. please note that although these products may be described as having a “visi pack” option, the packaging is in fact not visible within the packing, rather it is a boxed item with the box being suitable for retail display.

The 3 lever range from ERA includes a deadlock, sash lock and bathroom lock to provide a complete, interior door solution.

The deadbolt throws 10.5mm. If additional protection is required against attack by sawing, we’d recommend a 5 lever version with attack prevention features.

The deadbolt can be locked and unlocked from either side by use of the key. The latch is withdrawn from either side by moving the handle

This lock is supplied with a striking box in a finish which matches the lock.

Suitable for use on most internal wooden doors. These locks are not handed and can be used on doors hinged on the left or right, which open inwards or outwards.

Supplied with 2 steel keys as standard. We can cut additional keys for this lock, just select whether you’d prefer genuine or copy key blanks and the quantity required from the associated products on this page.

Please note that keyblanks for these locks are handed either left or right. If we are cutting keys, we will select the correct key blank. If you wish to cut your own keys, we recommend buying both left and right hand blanks to meet your customer’s requirements.

These locks cannot be keyed alike.
